A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Vip Global must accompany all returns.
Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation, and accessories.
Physically damaged, abused, or misused products are not eligible for returns.
Shipping, handling, and related fees are not refundable.
Refunds cannot be accepted if the part is not ours please double check before you ship back. We scan in and out everything shipping from our facility.
Defective item(s) will be exchanged or a refund will be issued once the item is received back at our warehouse.
